RESERVATION POLICY
A down payment is required to secure your slot reservation: ₱1,000 for Minor Hikes ₱2,500 for Major Hikes.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Cancellations made within three (3) days before the event date are not allowed, and the remaining balance must be paid in full.

EVENT POLICY
A minimum of 10 participants is required for a scheduled event to proceed. If the minimum number is not reached, the event will be automatically rescheduled. For exclusive groups, one (1) free slot will be provided upon reaching 12 participants.

GROUP CHAT POLICY
A group chat will be created five (5) days before the event date. All important announcements, reminders, and updates will be posted there. To keep the group chat organized, please refrain from posting questions or concerns in the group. Instead, directly contact the assigned Coordinator or use the provided contact number.

VAN SEATING ARRANGEMENT
Seats are assigned on a first-booked, first-priority basis.

PICK-UP POINTS

• Iligan City – 7-Eleven Cathedral

• Iligan City – Tambo Terminal

• If your location is along the route, you may coordinate with the assigned Coordinator regarding your preferred pick-up point.

ASSEMBLY AND DEPARTURE POLICY
We strictly follow the scheduled timeline. If you anticipate being late, please inform us as early as possible. If we are unable to contact you at the designated pick-up point, we can only wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. After that, we will proceed without you to respect the schedule of other participants.

TIME ALLOTMENT POLICY
For joiners, specific time allocations will be given during stopovers and side trips. Please return to the designated meeting area at the exact time announced by the Coordinator to avoid delays.

TRAVEL POLICY

Maintain Your Assigned Seat.
Do not change seats without permission. Joiners are expected to keep the same seat throughout the trip, including the return journey.

Maintain a Respectful Environment.
You will be traveling with fellow participants, so courtesy, respect, and consideration for others are expected at all times.

SHARED FACILITIES POLICY
Keep your personal belongings organized inside the van and accommodation areas. Dispose of your trash properly and help maintain a clean, comfortable, and pleasant environment for everyone.

RESPECT YOUR COORDINATOR
Your assigned Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire trip, ensuring safety, and assisting participants throughout the journey. Please listen to and respect the instructions provided by your Coordinator at all times.
